JOB DESCRIPTION:-

  • Monitoring Delivery Management adhering to the SLA
  • Bring in delivery transformation
  • Responsible for service delivery P & L
  • Ensure Process Management Support
  • Maintain 100% technical SOP in Support central for any new type of technical issues
  • Working knowledge of CRM
  • Pro actively Initiate Process Improvements based on Inputs from Audit Process,
  • Maintain best practices across industry and ITIL guidelines
  • Experience in all Geographies in the areas for IT Services Managed Services
  • Should be responsible for Business Acquisition IT Service Management, Project Management,
  • Planning & Budgeting, P & L Management for projects, Business Planning, Risk Analysis, BCP, Customer Relationship Management,
  • Responsible for managing service delivery for end user support for Domestic Clients
  • Responsible for management of Multiple client delivery
  • Involve in Audits and Performance Management
  • Responsible for Training and Skill Development

 

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: –

  • Any graduate with 20+ yrs. in service delivery management and end user support
  • Should be experienced in atleast 2 of the delivery verticals ie., Infrastructure Management Services, warranty services, service delivery planning, field service operations, last mail service delivery & service logistics.
  • Should have handled team of 300 – 500 engineers.
  • Should have handled national profile atleast for a period of 3 years out of total 20 year experience.
  • Should be familiar and updated in best in class service delivery models, CSAT process & IT systems
  • Hands-on experience in service costing
  • Should have managed a team of service delivery professionals at pan India level
  • Handled multi customer environment even in remote locations
  • PMP, ITIL and Related Quality certifications preferred
  • Domestic client engagement is must

 

Academic qualification :

B.Tech (mandatory), M.B.A (preferred)
